Dave Culbertson purchased Coldwell Banker Pro West Real Estate, one of Jackson County's largest real estate agencies, in 2005.

David has been a licensed real estate agent since 2002, joining the Coldwell Banker staff after closing his family's longtime Rogue Valley orchard and packing operations.

The Culbertson Family owned as much as 1,200 acres of pear orchards in the Rogue Valley as well as Crystal Springs Packing Company during its 80 years of operation.
