• What escrow and title insurance are and how they protect you.
• What to expect from your Real Estate Broker and how they work for you.
• The Team-your Real Estate Broker, your Lender and your Title Officer.
• Learn about the types of home loans and how they can best serve you.
• Home inspections, appraisals, contingencies and agreements will all be explained.
• How much money do you need for a down payment and closing costs?
• What is a "short sale", REO and foreclosure?

The classes are FREE!  Held Saturdays, 11am - Noon or Wednesdays, 6 pm - 7 pm.
