About Ali Davidson

In 1984 I began my real estate career in California, back in the dinosaur era of no cell phones, no internet, and everything being written on paper! Ah the good old days. I moved to Oregon in 1989 and have called it home ever since.

I don’t look at what I do as selling, I look at it as matchmaking.

Real estate is a long-time passion for me. For every home waiting to be loved, there is one owner ready to love it. My job is to find the one! There is nothing better than the smile on your face when I hand you the keys and you open the door to your sanctuary.

Before returning to real estate in Portland Oregon, I had other careers. I was a counselor in private practice, a certified coach, and the owner of an in-home care agency. I’m especially skilled and knowledgeable regarding seniors and their real estate transitions. I wrote and published a book for seniors and adult children helping to empower them through the aging process.

My past experiences make me highly qualified to listen well, ask the right questions, and negotiate a win-win deal.

I’d like you to know a little about me. I’m the mother of 4 grown children and have lived both the city and country life. I love theater, writing, nature, and having fun. I believe in magic and I believe in the goodness of people. In everything I have done in my life, there is one common theme: helping people! To be a part of your life during the biggest financial decision you’ll ever make is my greatest honor.

I won’t simply be your realtor… I will also be your friend. I’d love to work with you.

Call me or email me if you’re in the market for real estate in Southern Oregon and let’s get to know each other!

My philosophy is simple:

Your life transitions are my lifeworks. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. To me it’s personal!
