Richard J. “Barney” Bauernfeind
Richard has over 45 years of experience in business to business services. Prior to moving to southern Oregon in 1979 Richard began his business career in the Twin Cities, Minnesota in 1972 as an Account Executive with KDWB Radio and then KSTP Radio. After becoming General Sales Manager for KBOY in the Medford/Ashland Market in 1980, Richard went on to serve as General Sales Manager for KRWQ (1981-1987) and General Manager for KCMX (1987-1988) and KYJC (1992-1995). In 1995 Richard launched RJB Consulting Services providing advertising, media, promotion and sales for a variety of southern Oregon businesses including; Skinner Buick, Cadillac, the Pear Blossom Festival, Southern Oregon Speedway, Heart of Medford Association, Inpho on Hold Marketing, the Directory of Business in Spanish and others. Richard joined Coldwell Banker Commercial NW in June 2013 and then Coldwell Banker Commercial NFRE in August 2020. Richard has consistently been a top producer in his field and known for building long-term client relationships.
Thomas W. Fischer
Thomas has over 35 years experience in commercial real estate, with experience in corporate relocation, investment analysis and land acquisition. Tom has strong acumen in negotiations with a wide breadth and expertise in market knowledge. He is known for his abilities in coordinating and conducting negotiations, due diligence studies, market analysis, and the escrow process for real estate acquisitions and leasing. In 1993, Tom was the co-founder of Catalyst Real Estate Group specializing in assisting biotech firms in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2008, Tom became the owner of Coldwell Banker Commercial NW. A licensed principal broker in both California and Oregon, Tom has consistently been a top producer and built loyal client relationships.
